01 Can I start without talking to sales?
Yes. Create a workspace at portal.aqrate.ca and you start on the Free plan, no card required. Take the 30-day trial or a paid plan from Plan & Billing inside the app whenever you are ready.
02 What is included in the 30-day trial?
The trial raises your workspace to the trial allowance shown above for 30 days, including AI credit. Each workspace can take one trial, and it returns to Free when the 30 days end unless you choose a paid plan.
03 How does billing work?
Essential and Professional are billed monthly or annually in CAD by card through Stripe. You can change plan or cancel from Plan & Billing at any time.
04 What happens beyond a plan limit?
Free and the trial stop at their limits. Essential and Professional keep working past the included capacity and bill the overage monthly at the published rates.
05 When should we discuss Enterprise or Dedicated Cloud?
Enterprise sets capacity and terms in a contract for larger operations. Dedicated Cloud is a separate managed deployment for organizations with stronger infrastructure, region, release, or isolation requirements.
