Platform

How the portal, mobile app, and configurable workflow fit together.
01 What is aQRate?

aQRate is a field-data collection and management platform. Teams configure forms in a web portal, collect records in a mobile app, review synchronized submissions, and prepare exports or reports.

02 Which devices does aQRate support?

Field capture is available through mobile apps for iOS and Android. Form configuration, administration, submission review, and reporting are handled through the web portal.

03 Can we rebuild our existing forms?

The form builder supports configurable fields, validation, conditional behavior, and nested workflow elements. Bring a representative legacy form to a demo so the exact structure and any exceptions can be mapped before setup.

04 How do the portal and mobile app work together?

The portal is the office workspace for configuration, assignments, administration, review, and outputs. The mobile app presents the configured field workflow, stores supported records locally when needed, and synchronizes them to the portal.

Field work

Offline collection, evidence, identifiers, and field-to-office continuity.
01 Does the mobile app work offline?

Yes. Crews can complete supported field workflows while offline. Stored records synchronize with the portal when connectivity returns; a Wi-Fi-only synchronization option can also be used.

02 What happens when connectivity returns?

Locally stored submissions enter the synchronization path and become available to authorized portal users after a successful sync. The exact timing still depends on the connection, the amount of evidence attached, and the configured sync settings.

03 What evidence can a field record include?

Depending on the configured form, records can include photos, audio or video, GPS coordinates, timestamps, QR code scans, sketches, notes, and captured signatures.

04 Can aQRate support chain-of-custody workflows?

aQRate can be configured to capture identifiers, timestamps, locations, signatures, and handoff details that support sample-custody documentation. Your organization remains responsible for defining and approving its legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements.

Data and outputs

What happens after sync, and how records become reports or integrations.
01 What happens after a record synchronizes?

Authorized portal users can review the structured submission and supporting evidence, filter available data, and prepare an export or configured report output.

02 How does report generation work?

Teams can configure PDF templates and map accepted field information into defined report sections. CSV and Excel exports are also available for supported data workflows.

03 Can aQRate connect with our existing systems?

The platform supports REST API and webhook workflows, along with email and SMS automation. The exact integration pattern depends on your systems, authentication model, data contract, and configuration.

04 Can reviewers trace a record back to its field context?

The workflow is designed to keep the structured submission and its supporting evidence together for review. Which identifiers, timestamps, locations, signatures, and history are required is determined by the configured process.

Plans and deployment

Access, capacity, dedicated environments, and the path to setup.
01 How is access controlled?

Portal access uses roles and permissions so organizations can define who can configure workflows, collect records, review submissions, and administer the workspace.

02 Is a dedicated environment available?

Yes. Dedicated Cloud is available for organizations that need a separately managed environment. Region, topology, access, integration, and operational requirements are scoped with the aQRate team.

03 How do we choose the right plan capacity?

Start with expected users, form schemas, and monthly submissions, then consider templates, storage, integrations, and deployment requirements. Published limits are available on the Pricing page; final availability and fit are confirmed during setup.

04 How do we get started?

Request a demo and share a representative form or workflow. The aQRate team will walk through the fit, confirm current plan capacity, and outline the appropriate setup path.

When the answer depends on your workflow

Four things make the conversation useful.

A generic product tour can show the interface. A representative workflow lets the team evaluate the actual fit.
